Our top rated customer service allows you to feel comfortable with any questions or concerns you may have" Find out about the service Jennifer provides. Google it. My experience with this company proved that their words are just out right lies. Jennifer who represents this company cares enough about you to not even allow you to talk with the owner or anyone else in the company. Oil company knows that the credit card company will not pursue them because they believe the oil id delivered, even though they may have spilled it in your basement and not even give you a clue as to how one is suppose to clean up. I had to call the fire department. This company knows the loops holes of the credit card companies.

	If they spill oil, and this is the only company who has done so in my decades of oil service, they WILL NOT even care to pick up the phone. I had to call the fire department. I wish I had googled this company first before buying oil. Don't be fooled by the BBB rating.
